It is encouraged that my clients send me any existing photos of the space along with any images that cover the "Look" they are trying to achieve.

Included in every photoshoot is a comprehensive site walkthrough with you on-site prior to the actual photography appointment(s). During this visit, we'll:

• Explore various perspectives and photo compositions

• Test different angles to optimize each shot

• Review and discuss "optimal time of day" scenarios for certain spaces

• Identify lighting considerations and potential challenges

• Create shot list

Following the scouting appointment, I will upload preliminary images to a private online gallery where you can review and provide any additional feedback. This collaborative process allows you to prepare and style only the necessary areas, saving you time and ensuring I capture exactly what you envision.

Depending on the number of images or the complexity of capturing those images, I may recommend more than one day to photograph everything on the shot list. My quote will reflect the number of hours necessary.

It is highly encouraged to schedule the actual shooting date(s) when homeowners will not be present. Their absence allows us to fully focus on capturing the home without disruption and gives you the freedom to style the spaces without interfering with daily routines.

Every project is unique. Once I've previewed the spaces, and we align on a shot list, I will prepare a customized quote. Upon your approval, we'll formalize our partnership through a service agreement. A deposit payment may be required to secure your booking.

I typically allocate about an hour per photo. This time estimate helps me stay on target to capture everything on the shot list. Your input and collaboration on site is invaluable. For each shot, I'll invite you to review my composition so we can make precise adjustments together. Keep in mind that I use my own lighting techniques to shape the light and create mood. The more time I invest on capturing an image the more beautiful the result.

After our successful shoot day, the post-production process begins:

• If we worked from a clear shot list during our session, I'll move directly into editing the images.

• Once editing is complete, I'll upload your finished photographs to a professional gallery and notify you that your images are ready. A final invoice will be emailed to you and once payment has been received, you'll be given access to download the images.

No. Every company or vendor that wishes to use the image will need to purchase their own license. Every vendor may contact me to make arrangements so that they can license the images.
