Before scheduling the photography I need to collaborate with you on developing a "Shot List". This can be achieved by allowing me to preview the space ahead of time. During this walkthrough, I will take preliminary photos that we can use to discuss the following:

• Explore various perspectives and camera angles

• Determine "Best time of day" for photographing certain spaces

• Identify any challenges or styling considerations

I will upload the preliminary images to an online gallery that will be shared with you and your creative team. From here, you and we can review and ultimately shape the "Shot List" ensuring I capture exactly what you envision.

Once you and I have agreed to the "Shot List" I can determine the number of hours involved and number of appointments needed. From there, it's a matter of communicating those hours with your client or homeowner.

It is highly encouraged that when you schedule the photoshoot(s) you arrange the date(s) and times so that homeowners are not present. Their absence allows us to fully focus on capturing the home without disruption and gives you the freedom to style the spaces without interfering with daily routines.

Depends on the number of images agreed to on the "Shot List". I typically allocate about an hour per photo. This time estimate helps me stay on target to capture everything on the "Shot List". Your input and collaboration on site is invaluable. For each shot, I'll invite you to review my composition so we can make precise adjustments together. Keep in mind that I use my own lights to shape the mood. The more time I invest on capturing an image the more beautiful the result.

Every project is unique and the final bill is based on "à la carte" approach where you only pay for the images you want. This is why the shot list and the prior walkthrough appointment is key. Once I've previewed the spaces, and we align on a shot list, you will know exactly how much. Deposit payment may be required to secure your booking.

After all images from the "Shot List" have been taken, I can get to work on the post-production.

Once editing is complete, I'll upload the finished photographs to a private web gallery and share them with you. A final invoice will be emailed, and once payment has been received, you'll be given access to download the images.

No, the images you license are for your use only. Should another 3rd party wish to use any of the images, they would need to contact me to arrange for their own license.
